Holly Zajur is an educator, entrepreneur, speaker, and lifelong learner of yoga and mindfulness. Holly has been studying, practicing, and sharing yoga and mindfulness skills since 2009.
Through her work with Connect Wellness, Holly has developed and implemented wellness workshops, programs, and trainings for individuals and Fortune 500 companies. Her programs empower people with the tools to manage stress and anxiety, while connecting with themselves, others, and the world around them.
Before founding Connect Wellness, Holly worked at a yoga non-profit. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Global Development Studies and Arts Administration.
